While families across our state are making tough decisions to pay the bills, Republican leaders like Dennis are refusing to do their jobs. For over 200 days, he and his allies at the General Asseml have failed to pass a state budget — not because they can’t, but because they won’t.
This isn’t abstract politics. When lawmakers stall, communities pay the price: schools are left in limbo, healthcare providers can’t plan, and critical services are put at risk.
