Important Dates

You can register to vote in the upcoming election until 25 days before November 5th (October 11th). You can register online, by mail or in-person via the following options:
Online or in-person at the DMV: Existing N.C. Division of Motor Vehicles (NCDMV) customers may submit an online voter registration application.
By mail: fill out this form and submit it by mail. PLEASE NOTE that it must be postmarked by October 11th.

You can request your absentee ballot TODAY. The request deadline for the 2024 general election is 5pm on October 29th, 2024.

Absentee ballots must be received at the Alamance County Board of Election office, 1128 S. Main St, Graham, NC 27253 by 7:30 pm Election Day or you may mail your ballot and it MUST be received by Election Day to be counted.

Starting Thursday, October 17, 2024, you can vote at any of the designated early voting sites in Alamance County.
Residence in a particular precinct requiring a person to vote at that particular precinct’s polling place only applies on Election Day.
